When I try to download the LCPDFR 0.95 It takes me to an agree and accept page and then I do so. 

once that is done It then takes me to a HUMAN VERIFACATION page and then that's done I hit download it says its 5 mb like usual and then its just a file? not even an .EXE its just a blank file. When I try to open It it asks me What program I would like to use to open it?

 

-----I have WinRAR so that's not a problem

-----I have watched Videos on the exact same thing but there's are .EXE's? mines not?

                     please reply ASAP I really want to play this awesome mod!

Im having the same problem, I download a blank file and it asks what program to use. Im not good with computers so I need help.

 

My computer uses Windows 8 64 bit and plays GTAIV just fine.

Use WinRAR or 7-Zip and make sure you run the LCPD:FR installer with administrative rights.
