I don't exactly know if "radius" is the term to describe this. Basicly, what I'm trying to change is the light that reflects off of other objects and vehicles to something more brighter, and has a larger area, such as it would flash on objects further away. I believe it may be hard coded into the game. I've tried myself, with the help of Original Light, to modify the effect radius but to no avail. I only managed to modify the coronas for the non-ELS lights.

It really would be nice if you could. I beleive you can in San Andreas, as the SAPDFR mod has a similiar effect as what I'm trying to acheive. Maybe a mod could be created to change this.
