I've downloaded the mod and all as I've seen done in many tutorial vids but I can't get it to work. When I press alt+p the game just goes a little blurry then I press p again and it gets unblurry... Same goes for ctrl+p. I'm not that technologically smart so you'll have to be as dumb with me as you possibly can. I have windows 8 and have had to download a microsoft deal to let me play the game. I also use it through steam. Is that a problem?? I hope this makes sense to anyone trying to help.  

Run a G17 Media diag tool from our download section. And with the screen going blurry, it's because P is a key for changing the pseudo-antialiasing thing (blur) in GTA 4.

Okay.. Sorry to be a pain but could someone tell me what this means and or how to fix the problem? 

You need to install an ASI-loader (should come with the LCPDFR automatic installer). 

Reinstall LCPDFR and run the diag log again.
