Anyone have a public California Highway Patrol Car pack? 

I'm working on a Pack. It is optimized for ELS 7 and it contains 3 CVPI 1 Charger 1 Tahoe. I'd use the new Explorer but I have not the model, yet I hope.

Me and a buddy (Polecat324) are currently in the process of making a CHP pack as well it will include Slicktops New Models (Liberty Lightbar) and old models (Vector Lightbar) and we are already pretty far into it. Pack Preview: http://imgur.com/a/uOWmu

I got 3 types of Crown Vics from CHP. They have accurate lighting. You can find them here:

Your pack is pretty accurate but the Rambar isn't the real one and the slicktop isn't using those double lights above the advisior

Didnt know that double stack lights and yea I had that too with t´Tim98's PB-200 that the bar is not showing in game.

Have you tried using that original bar as a "template" and recreating it? :P

I have the original CHP rambar.
