My indie game Police Patrol Game is finally released today(July 31st)  for iOS!
 
I posted about this >earlier in these forums (over a year ago), and now finally managed to get it out :)
 
The game should not be taken too seriously and is not insanely deep with content (yet), but it is out there.  

  

About the Game
 
“Police Patrol Game” is a racing and action-oriented adventure game that features Ofc. Chris Kopp as the main character. Chris’s goal is to patrol the streets and ensure that the good citizens stay on the right side of the law.
 
Graphically, the game is similar to early Grand Theft Auto games (GTA1 & GTA2), and has a top down perspective. The gameplay consists of high-speed chases, arrests, gunfights, and of patrol duty. 
 
Key Features

• dispatcher missions
• pull over any non-emergency vehicle
• gunfights
• high-speed chases 
• 5 different cop cars (unlocked as player gains rank)
• 7 different weapons (unlocked as player gains rank)

Yes, it will be released on Android. Schedule for this is still open, but hopefully still during this year. At the moment the focus in on iOS version.

Could you please make it compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S4 because I know a few apps that don't support the S4s resolution.

Thanks for the positive comments. I might release a lite version at some point.

 

Free often means "free + in app purchases", and i'm not too big fan of IAP. Although that is not totally ruled out ...  :)

iPad version will be made, but for that graphics need improvements and also controls need to be updated to support the bigger screen.

Thanks, and i have also downloaded it now and it is the best police game out there! Great game.

You can already get the app on the iPad, you just click the x2 or x1 in the right hand lower corner.

Anyways, I feel like there's two things that could be improved. The turning circle is one. It is kind of hard to turn when in pursuit, which leads me to the second thing that could possibly be improved. The ai turns too quickly I feel, when in pursuit. They turn really snappy so there is no easy way to catch up to them without having them give up or crash and have their car stop. It's fine that that happens, I just feel like it could be improved to make things a tiny bit easier. Other than that, the app is awesome and great fun!

I know u can get it on ipad but i was just wondering if it will be classed as and ipad app
