Game Crash right before loading game

Featured Replies

Hey guys, new to all of this, and the mod, so I just downloaded LCPDFR, installed it fresh on a new game, so i don't have any missions completed whatsoever. So right before the load screen, I crash back to desktop, and says GTA4 has stopped working. Also, how do I put some text report thingy everyone uploads on to help you guys solve my problem. Sorry for the trouble, I'm not really good with computers.

edit1: If this helps, I've tried reinstalling the .net program, and the C++ program, but that failed because it said it detected a newer version already installed on my pc.

Patched the game to 1.0.7.0 (i.e. latest title update)?

Using only one of the two optional loaders when installing? (xliveless or dsound)?

Executing launchgtaiv.exe as an administrator?

Need more information before anyone can really assist further bud.

Regards.

Oh and if it is 0.95 beta 1 that you're using, feel free to private message me and I can see what can be done as no official or unofficial support is available for 0.95.

Also, complete the first mission before you try LCPDFR.
