Ok so in EFLC the car names are different to GTA, So my question is where can i get cars for EFLC ?

Example :

GTA: Police1, Police2, Noose

EFLC: Polce, Police2,Police3,Police4

    They'd be under ...\EFLC\TBOGT\PC\models\cdimages\vehicles.img if you're looking for EFLC cars , specifically TBoGT ones.

No, when i loaded EFLC that's all i got, a black screen. I will try again and sorry, i couldn't see the EDIT button because of the colour and the way i am sitting :)

It worked :) But i have disabled trainer hot keys but when i press Alt+i a maverick spawns :( Also How can i mod the first two police cars and disable ELS on AI ?

I'm not sure why Alt+i spawns something. Disable ELS by editing the ELS.ini file in your root GTA folder and setting Ai_ELS_SP = 0. Mod the first two cars by going to ...\EFLC\pc\models\cdimages
