Is my Rig good enough to run IV?

Man. That will not cut it either. Ever heard of windows 7? I'd say get a 2.5< Ghz processor. Also, you should get al LEAST 4GB or RAM. I also recommend a new GPU. AMD= 6000 series Nvidia=600 series.

Like stated above, no. To start you need at least 3.0ghz, 4gb of ram and win7 hp or something better than 98,'00. And you'll need a good graphics card like the gtx 650 ti.

Yes! That'll definitely do it. Off topic, but I ordered my 770 about an hour ago. :)

You lucky :) I have to wait :/ cause I can't order it (only GPU) I only can order it when I buy new computer :( and they are way to overprized and worse than the one I'm gonna build myself.

You really don't need that type of hardware if you can afford it. My specs:

Nvidia GTX 550 TI (soon to be 770)

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2Ghz

8Gb of ADATA RAM 1333 Mhz

750W power Supply

ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS 760G Socket AM3

Cooler Master HAF 932 Blue Edition Case

As you may tell, my specs are way below the ones you posted. Anything a little lower or greater than my specs will do.
