take a look at how the lightbar is on the video of the game again. the way the top and bottom lightheads stay on and just change color like that

They are switching, but because they are close and of the ENB I'm using it looks like something else. Download the car yourself and see. In real life FHP cars use red lights during the day and blue at night so maybe the combination makes it look off, but when set to pattern 6 it is realistic. The uniforms are mine and the textures for the sheriff cars and FHP chopper are mine. I edited the lights on the slick top. The crown vic and tahoe with the javelins are not mine.
