Ok I recently re-installed GTA EFLC (STEAM VERSION). The problem is when I launch the game I get a black screen but I can still hear the in-game sound. I can run GTA IV with no problem it's just GTA EFLC I get this problem.

My computer specs are:

AMD BULLDOZER SIX CORE FX-6200 (3.80GHz/6MB CACHE/AM3+)

ASUS® SABERTOOTH 990FX - TUF SERIES MILITARY GRADE MOTHERBOARD

8GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz, X.M.P (2 x 4GB KIT)

1.25GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 570 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready

Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit w/SP1

Have you tried running the game as an Administrator? This will solve a lot of problems! :)

Have you installed any mods? If no You should try with compatibility mode.

If you installed a ENB, that's the problem

If you are using ENB and d3d9.dll file is missing in the GTA IV root folder, black screen will occur.
