 Hello all I am CJ and I just purchased GTA IV and the Episodes from Steam last night for 7.50. Pretty good deal, than I had a friend of mine mention LCPD:FR. So I have been watching videos all day and I am waiting in excitment to get it loaded. I am also wondering where I can find some HPD police vehicles?

    welcome, you'll have to look through the downloads section and see if you can find anything. Its unlikely you'll find a car setup exactly like the HPD as far as lighting goes but you should be able to find something close. You'll have to look through the skins/textures and see if there is any HPD skins
