I'm not exactly sure what version of GTA 4 I have, I bought mine off Amazon, and it included the authentication code and everything. It's not "Steam" and it's not disc...so, what would it be? and can i still mod?

    Yes, you can mod it. To find out which version it is, go to the root directory, right-click GTAIV.exe and click Properties and then Details. It should say which version it is.

    Security Catalog? You don't need that stuff. Just check version & if it's a fresh install it should be 0. Google the patch 1.0.7.0 to get the latest & moddable one.
