Well it seemed to me like it chewed up a couple frames per second but nothing much.

yeah if you can run GTA 4 on high settings you can run this mod too xD

like Iconography said. you may lose a couple of FPS but thats not much. I can run it and my PC isn't the best xD

The timecyc mod does mess with ELS lights a little, though. If you like how they look with Radiance mod, the realistic timecyc mod might not be for you (since it replaces the files used for the Radiance mod).

I have the followings mods:

• Traffic Flow v5.
  
• Dash Cam Mod made by Sniper.
  
• Nice Tree mods (Gives the tree's a greener look as they look dead in GTA IV)
  
• Fonas Road Texture map (Looking for a better one tho. Any suggestions?)
  
• Retexturing of LCPD Patrol and cruiser to give them the old Blue and white LCPD Scheme. (Old NYPD look)
  
• NOOSE Patriot replaced with a Speedo Van in the blue and white scheme.
  
• NOOSE Cruiser replaced with a MiniVan in the blue and white scheme.
  
• Retexture of the LC Bus, Giving it the NY Blue and white color with LTA Logoes on.
  
• Some mod that added more lights to the firetruck changing it's texture still FDLC tho.
  
• Ambulace retexture and new lights, Now saying FDLC on it.

Well, like I said, my PC should run GTA on high, but it doesn't - I'm afraid my PC is one of those GTA has troubles with.

GTA is currently running partly high, partly medium.

As for ELS, that wouldn't be a problem since I only use non-ELS cars.

well just make a backup of the files you have to mod xD

so if you got Problems you just replace the modded files with the originals xD

But i don't think there will be a Problem xD

my PC sucks. (Just a dual core,4gb ram and an ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB)

and i can run it xD so you should be able to run it as well.

Traffic Flow updates the games memory every 15 seconds, or whatever you specify, with new vehicles and it removes a lot of the taxis, which thus removes the taxi bug.

Traffic Flow and Traffic Control System combined is really nice. You get a wide variety of cars. You barely get the same car twice. I'd really recommend it for you to use!

Ok I will, I was just playing and I kept seeing the same car over and over and I thought of this thread :) I'll get them both.
