I'm looking for a full nysp pack, but more im looking for a pack that all the lights are red, I can mod and edit textures but me and some buddy's wanna play and we all live in NY Where emergency services are front facing red. If anyone know no biggie.

Pro Tip: You can change all the lights on a car just with textures

I did a quick search and only came up with two NYSP models.

However, as mentioned by Break, you can always edit the Lightbar colours. Since the NYSP use the Whelen Liberty there are plenty of models you could edit into NYSP.
