Hey guys, For the past fews hours today. I thought I would try to install this mod. I haven't had GTA IV for very long so i'm not entirely experienced with mods on here. But I tried to install it. And it wouldn't work. I tried various ways. I read the ELS hand guide. I tried fresh installing (three times) I tried using a different version of ELS. I tried only installing ELS first. I tried removing the xlive and all that shenanigans. It just doesn't seem to be working. Any help would be appreciated
