Wasn't sure where this went, did a quick search if there is another topic feel free to close the thread.

Just wondering if non ELS vehicles will work with LCPDFR 0.95. I mean the lights etc will work like the non-ELS mods? ELS lags my computer too much :(

    You can still use the cars but the lights will not work correctly. Just like non-ELS car work with ELS installed but the lights do not function properly.

    ELS cars need ELS. Non ELS cars don't need ELS. If you cant handle ELS don't install it end of story....
