So the other day, I downloaded a hat, I put it in the right places. I started up my game and LCPDFR. I clicked Alt-U and it's not giving me the hat option.

 

I know I have it installed correct because ASI Police men are wearing it and i'm wondering how to do the same.

Try switching to a different police ped,  Perhaps the ped you're trying doesn't support hats (for whatever reason).

 

Can the hat be spawned with Simple Native Trainer?  Model Spawning --> Player Clothes and look for hat.

Yeah. It only gives me two options, the 2 hats I already had.

I believe there's an option in the trainer.ini it's something like ModelHats=1 or something similar just do a CTRL + F for it and change it to ModelHats=0 or whatever it may actually be

I got it now. I guess my hat was under Helmet. Thank you though anyways.
