I got it now. I guess my hat was under Helmet. Thank you though anyways.

So the other day, I downloaded a hat, I put it in the right places. I started up my game and LCPDFR. I clicked Alt-U and it's not giving me the hat option. I know I have it installed correct because ASI Police men are wearing it and i'm wondering how to do the same. Thanks.

So, I downloaded a new uniform and a hat for my trooper, and I've been trying to replace them with the new ones. The thing is, in SparkIV, I don't know were the file is to replace the uniform and the hat. If someone could give me the location of the file, that would be great.
