I was playing GTA 4 and My game was really SLOW so i want to ask you guys if I could run GTA 4

To put it bluntly... No. You can't. Your laptop is simply to weak to handle the game, you'd need to upgrade everything which would be quite a lot of money. If you want my opinion, I'd say dump the laptop and buy a gaming tower.

i agree with sharp invest ur money in a gaming tower not just for gta but for all the old and new games ahead it will be a lot less pain in the future

Technically yes, since you're able to launch the game, and come here to tell us that it's really slow. But you don't meet the minimum requirements, and the picture you posted from a PC Minimum Requirements website tells you that. You can't get any more definitive of an answer than that. So if you continue to play the game, it's going to look, and play like dog vomit. Ditch the laptop and invest in a gaming desktop.

That's what I am doing , this laptop is not good enough , so i am going to make my own build , and sell my PS3 to cover the cost of some new games and stuff

Sell the laptop as well :P

If you want I can give you a quote on how much one would cost and get all the parts you will need. You just need to buy them and put them together. (its really easy to put computers together I learned on youtube.) Just PM me if you want to take that road...

Also same thing, if you do decied you want to buy a gaming PC I can give you a quote and link you all the parts you need to buy and you buy them and just put it together. (or you can buy a all in one, one that will be pretty good but its just cheaper to build it your self)
