Anybody know what's happening?

Sometimes GTA IV seems to just want to glitch like this... Shouldn't happen too often, just ignore it.

    Woah, haven't seen that since San Andreas. Happens when the car spawns before the ground, usually warps the car like crazy:

    Happens to me frequently on GTA IV... But I have too many problems with my game I can't even count them all...:(
