I have ELS V7 installed, and I updated the button for the siren from H to but when I go in game, its still H. It does this with all the scripts I edit. Any suggestions?

I guess the line that you changed is:

Toggle_SRN = 72            // H by default

You say you wanted to change the key to . Did you change it to:

Toggle_SRN =             // H by default

or

Toggle_SRN = 220            // H by default

You should have changed it to 220.

You should try what James3000117 said.

To add to that, some people have issues editing files that are in the Program Files. What some people have had to do is edit the file they want, do a Save As... And then name it like ELS2.ini and then delete the original ELS.ini and then rename ELS2.ini (which has your changes) to ELS.INI.

And be sure that :

1 - file is not read-only (because if it's read-only, then, well, you can just read it)

2 - you have permissions to edit it (text editor launched as admin for example)
