Whenever I access the police computer during a traffic stop and go to type the name into the computer, ELS and other controls of the game are activated, Like if I need to type G, then the siren will turn on. I was wondering if there is a way to stop this.

Go to your els config and change those keys to the respectable keys you don't use or want to use.

Just make sure your els control panel is closed before you access the computer.

I always have my control panel closed and it still happens to me as well. Every time. The settings also change every time I open the control panel.

That means you have key conflicts between LCPDFR and ELS, get into the files to change the keys and make sure you don't have overlap
