Adding More Vehicles to the LCPD Car Selection?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Recently, I've been playing around with the different files in the common/data directory, mostly making peds/cops walk differently and adding them to different groups. I have been attempting to make different vehicles (such as the feroci2, for example) not only patrol around as a police car, but also be available as a selection in the LCPDFR vehicle selection. I have managed to add the Speedo and the Feroci2 to the group that makes them drivable by cops, but I haven't been able to select them in the vehicle selection. Does anyone know what I need to do to make them appear in traffic as cop cars as well as have LCPDFR recognise it as one?

Thanks in advance.

At the moment, the selection methods and the use of the database are somewhat hardcoded based on what GTA4 you're using. Play with base and the mod only recognizes Police, Police2, PolPatriot, Noose, NStockade, PStockade, and FBI. Using EFLC will should add the other three. There is no current way to add new vehicles to either functions, but it may change in the future, though I've not seen any plans regarding that.
