That's pretty close but it's not it.

 

The car shown in the pictures is one of Luxart's ELS demonstration vehicles, and as far as I am aware it's not up for download.

 

Any idea where I can get a car with this lightbar?

That's a Whelen Edge right? I'm pretty sure it is, the car you linked had an Edge on it. Just retexture that so it's all blue and has the unit number instead of the American flag.  :tongue:

 

Yes, but that car is kind of inaccurate. It "is" a Whelen Edge by design, but it is not exact. The only thing I could find that is close is this: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=306

 

But I am looking for a CVPI. Also, I did retexture that car to be all blue, here is my attempt
