I know there is a way to have dual sirens now, but i have no clue on how to do that, can someone tell me how? and does it work in multiplayer?

Okay........Press and hold T (manual siren) and quickly let go and press R, or whatever your siren button is.

So for me, it would be tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttr

No clue about multiplayer.

Install a siren that uses the air horn as an alternative siren, I suggest http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/whelen-295-siren-f4307

other players cant hear els siren, only default.

Alright, as long as others here 1 siren and i hear them both ill be fine.

 

@Chewy, that wont work at all for what im asking.

For clarification, hold the button for the manual siren (T on the original key assignment) and then press your siren key (H on the original key assignment) while you are holding the manual siren.

As previously mentioned you hold down T and then press H.

Nope, just hold down T and then press H. Once you've done that you should hear the wail echoing, hit T again to cycle through the tones (For example: Wail and Yelp).
