I have gta4 downloaded I have lcpdfr 0.95 and it was successful now my graphics are horrible, there is no scenery except poles, garbage cans a few people that pop up after a couple minutes. also I have no Idea how to spawn I've found the spawn button just no clue...I have no weapons, no mod cars, no uniforms..smdh...Idk any of the buttons, I guessed how to go on duty.... I have not beat the game so nothing is unlocked...If anyone could help me I appreciate it I'm new to lcpdfr I play gta on ps3 & xbox 360...Thank You for your help and support

What he said ^^

+ you can check this topic '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

+ about keys download this memo '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

+ with lcpdfr you can go everywhere, but if you want to unlock it completely, use a trainer, and disable keys in trainer.ini : line 574 : KeyBindingsDisabled=1

EDIT : it would be better to tell us your system specs

everything was already turned down and it doesnt work. I appreciate your time

Turn down your in-game graphics settings; vehicle density, draw distance and detail distance.  Lower water quality to low and shadows to off.

The problem I have is when the game loads nothing shows but N.B. I spin around and a few items appear. I have to find my way out the door. Once outside I see nothing but grey and N.B. also traffic light's wires light post, garbage bags and the water. After a minute cars appear and also more people the surrounding graphics still doesnt appear in the game all setting are down as low as possible I only have lcpdfr 0.95 downloaded and also speccy so if anyone could help me I appreciate it If you need more details let me know thank you very much

OMG this one ? With an integrated Intel HD3000 "graphic" card ? Well, you should forget about running GTA IV decently with this, sorry ^^

It can handle some "old" or "basic" games and video encoding, but that's all. GTA IV was poorly ported to PC and it's catastrophic even on high-end computers.

You can try to tweak a bit your system but you won't have miracles. CPU and "GPU" are too weak for a game like GTA IV.

ps : 64bit with less than 4GB RAM is a bit useless and a bit more ressource-hungry.

Well, it's not "crap" depending of what you do with this laptop, as I said it can handle some games that are 3/4 yrs or older, but only if they are not resources-hungry games.

And you can do HD video encoding as well (not at speed of light) and some other multimedia stuff. But it's clearly not a gaming laptop, and, for gaming usage, yes it's a cheap crap lol.

lol daaaaamn.... it was a gift so I dont mind but all I do is play games. Do you think it would help if I uninstall 2012 Train Simulator, Rig -N- Roll, FSX, 18 Wheels of Steel ALH?

Not really. Even with a good optimization + registry/programs cleaning + etc... you won't have miracles.

Maybe you'll be able to play a bit if you tweak your system as hell, but with really poor FPS anyway.

I saw some topics about this graphic card, use the search function of the website with "intel hd3000" keywords, maybe you'll find some tips.
