Hello,

sorry all for the late response, after reading what everyone said about the graphics card I just opened up my computer and verified that I do have a amd radeon hd 8570 installed OEM. I can also verify this through the task manager, Now I just bought this PC literally 3 weeks ago and after hearing about everyone running max settings while using Windows 8 I know it can be done, I have since turned my settings way way down and it runs somewhat smoother, But nothing next to what it should be, so there is obviously something out of whack I appreciate your guys support and will continue to troubleshoot, I want to play this so bad, Ive put over 10 hours into fiddling around with things to try and get this to work...I only have 1 graphic card installed and I have tried to go online and update the drivers but I cant find any at all, is it because its an OEM model? The driver has a very recent date and I have tried to update the driver via device manager and it says the driver is up to date.....Thanks Guys

      well your first problem was buying windows 8 and on top of that buying it as a gaming computer. I made that mistake and had the same problems you described, i took it back and got a windows 7 version
