Computer Makes Weird Noise When Playing

Hello,

 

I just modded Gta 4, with a bunch of scriptmods and a few character mods, but after a few minutes of gaming, a weird noise came. I tried unplugging my speakers, to see if it was coming from the game, but no, the noise kept going.

It kind of sounds like an alarm making morse codes or something like that. I quit the game, and it stopped. Am I overloading my system? Should I remove some of my mods?

I don't get much lag - only a few lag spykes every once in a while, but not much.
I have played LCPD:FR with a few addons before with no problem.

 

My specs:

 

4 GB ram

AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Processer - 2.80 Ghz

Radeon HD6770 1GB PCI-E graphic card

1000 gb HDD

Windows 7, 64 bit.
