    He can't. I made that myself and I haven't made it public, same with my cars. The stars on the shoulders aren't in a perfect circle, I'd have to play with them in Photoshop more to do so. One of the other people on this forum made a Sheriff Noose outfit which I based mine off of. Search for that.

    Search bar. Use it.

    I only made my own because I wasn't a fan of the font or the patches on the shoulders.
