After I download the file instead of it saying RUN it says OPEN and when I click on it its asking me to choose a program like adobe, internet expl to run the file. Does anybody know what im missing

I never had a problem before but I recently had my computer reset and the operating system and drivers were deleted and re-downloaded

Be sure to save the file as an exe when you download it, not an html file.

Anybody know what's up why im getting this

Right click the .exe and run as Administrator.  Uncheck the tazer also.
