[Solved] Alternative to this mod?

Featured Replies

So yeah since I do not have ELS 7 anymore I was wondering if anyone as a good police car pack alternative to . I have found some quite similar but they are written NYPD on them, I would like mostly a LCPD design. Thanks!

EVLS is another good one. Emergency vehicle lighting system. Check it out on Google.

Edit: oops I meant EVLS vehicle pack lol. Comes with EVLS ofc, so if you are using ELS to dot download until you uninstall it, I prefer EVLS. The cars that come with it are nice to.

1 - search vehicles textures here (you can enable filters etc...) or in other gta modding websites

2 - use a tool like SparkIV or OpenIV (see tutorials in, well, tutorials section of this website)

If you want to make your own texture, use Gimp or Photoshop, extract a skin, you have templates with the models, and here you go.

Say what? Isn't EVLS an SA mod?

No, I actually have never seen an EVLS for IV. There's EVCS, but that's not EVLS. Links to the pack and mod?
