Call for backup causes game to crash?

Fresh install however when I try to call backup using F11 or F12 - I get an in-game box appearing with a parameter message. When I enter the police vehicle and login to the computer and select NOOSE support the game crashes.

 

In addition when I call for standard reinforcements or an ambulance none ever arrive.

 

Any reasons?

    If you don't already use it, use ELS v7 and it may help with the crashing. My game almost never crashes now, since i updated to v7. :) Download it here:
