The cars are made by Tim98 but he isn'z gonna release them.

Also in one of his videos he says its a unreleased pack.i doubt we will ever see it.also if you noticed when tim98 made it he mapped the lights just like real chp's setup.

Well my cars have exactly the real set ups, simply my slicktop has the 2008 traffic advisor, not the 2007 one. Where primary lights are code 3, secondary lights are code 3 park mode on the led cars, and the halogen light version has code 3 on primary, and traffic stop mode on secondary.
