Yes, I'd like a screenshot actually. Because for me ELS just opens if I press CTRL+M.

I have just downloaded ELS Version 7. I have found that you must be sure to carry the ELS folder into the main Directory aswell as everything else in the rar file. Then I turned my game on and found that the police lights did not work, so I dug a little deeper. I have found that once you open the ELS.Ini, you are given a list of commands to turn sirens and light on. This is what it says:

But I hope this helps you guys, for me you must turn all the lights on by pressing J several times, then hitting H to turn the siren on.

it is so funny when peds see the paramedics because there is like a million people boosting in to the fight and it is crazy lol help plzzzz!!

I'm unable to use control+m to bring up els menu.... Instead ctrl+m calls ems.... what do i do ?

change the keys to the old els keys to alt+m in the ini file

Elsv7 works on my game but for some reason it seems like the flash patterns are really slow does anyone know if a better graphics card could make this better and the flash patterns flash alot faster

I have a problem with ELS v7 ... when I use "J" game crashes error and displays a message:
 

 

The game is updated to v1.0.7.0 patch.

Ok so I realize I'm a bit late to the game but I downloaded ELS v7 and I keep seeing that people have this ELS folder... well in my download there is NO folder titled ELS... So how do I get this because I installed everything else properly but it still doesn't work. I'll post a screen shot of the .rar file I get from two different sources (including the download from this website).

Please make your own thread instead of using this one.

Hi guys i found Something I hope it will help you it helped my friend He has Windows 7 64x and he has a security called norton internet securety (antivirus) and when he enters into the game it deletes file very important from the ELS 7 File So close your antivirus while your playing the game It helped him So Download ELS 7 Again disable(close) antivirus Copy Every Thing From there to your Grand theft auto IV folder Copy Replace You dont need to unistall the game or something Just Block Antivirus While your playing Block it means (Close) while you playing I registered to this site to rite it  so people could play the game and enjoy it Remmber to open the anitivirus when your done playing and its not a virus I have antivirus called avast and it does not delete the file i hope it helped you .

Is ELS 7.0 depended on .NET or C++ redrist?

ELS 7 in my gta4 installation having huge issues, somehow the keys are working and in the same time not. its like lagging to even make on of the lights to start blinking.   "T" and "Y" keys works well but toggle the siren on with "H" doesnt work at all, infopanel combo key doesnt work at all. i have not touched the key configs section in ELS.ini. having a nice setup of custom pd cars installed with working ELS (+ENB from game4video), LCPDFR 1.0 and trafficflow script. and suddenly ELS keys for some reason stopped responding. is there a possibility an conflict with ELS7 and the newest LCPDFR 1.0? never had this key non responding issue before.
