    Is ELS 7.0 depended on .NET or C++ redrist? EDIT: ELS 7 in my gta4 installation having huge issues, somehow the keys are working and in the same time not. its like lagging to even make on of the lights to start blinking. "T" and "Y" keys works well but toggle the siren on with "H" doesnt work at all, infopanel combo key doesnt work at all. i have not touched the key configs section in ELS.ini. having a nice setup of custom pd cars installed with working ELS (+ENB from game4video), LCPDFR 1.0 and trafficflow script. and suddenly ELS keys for some reason stopped responding. is there a possibility an conflict with ELS7 and the newest LCPDFR 1.0? never had this key non responding issue before.
