Last week I found a mod called GTA: Vice City RAGE that turns your GTA IV into GTA Vice City but with better graphics, etc.What I wanted to know is if LCPDFR would work normally with this mod.

No, it would not. LCPDFR callouts are based on specific locations in LC, and don't work in modded areas of the map (which seems like it'd be all of it with this).

However you could still use the pull over portion of the script. So you could do like Traffic work!
