Ok I have searched high and low and have made some changes to graphics settings with no change. I have also reinstalled GTA and scripts with no change.

 

Here is a look at my ScriptHookDotNet file maybe someone will know what is going on or can tell me what else I should post for help.

    Ok got the spotlight.img removed, still have the problem.   I have LCPDFR (of course)  ALPR (Which I am going to remove to see if it helps) and ELS.

    Here is the latest ScriptHookDotNEt text doc..... Also the game does not crash it simplys hangs (freezes) while the picture goes black ,the engine sound will freeze but if I have a siren on the siren will continue just fine. (if that makes sense to you)

    Already did a reinstall of LCPDFR next will be to delete ALPR and try it again.
    

    

     
    

    Thanks but already seen this and have made my mins I am not gonna do the whole format and reinstall of my system lol but the other things I tried and it did not seem to help me at all..  :sad:
