I have reinstalled my GTAIV into my notebook i7 gen 2 recently

I installed also the lcpdfr v0.91.. before when I played in my old PC alt P working toggle as police duty

after i uninstall from my old pc en installed to new notebook and alt P not working

any help? I can use Alt M for ELS mod

do you have any clue to solve this issue

You had that problem before too, when I posted a link to the support page. I suggest you talk with someone to get it figured out.

Its probably because of his group. So it should work for OP.

Probably they effed up 0.95 Testers permissions.
