can someone make a Liberty City (Black and White) Texture for this lamborghini?

Yes it's the wrong section, you should post here.

 

Anyway, I had nothing important to do so I've made the texture, but I'll upload it only if the author of the model allow me to do it.

I sent him an email, waiting for his answer. Texture is finished but I haven't tested it ingame, but it should be ok.

 

Don't forget to ask to the authors before requesting skins, some authors don't allow modifications, even if it's just a skin.

Texture like the Corvette you linked.

A bit blurry on the screenshots, because I'm tweaking some visual settings and was in Medium quality.

I just verified on High settings and the texture is ok.

kk, what program did you use to make the texture??

Photoshop (CS4, don't have the money to upgrade), but I use GIMP (free software) sometimes, almost when I'm on my Linux laptop.

So if you don't have money, use GIMP, it's really powerful and not that hard to learn.

You can also use Paint.NET or PhotoFiltre but I really don't like them at all. Personal taste.

can you just upload it? none cares about the author permisson, it's just a texture :/
