HAH! I bet the reason he beat'em is because they made him run. Note the gun in the other perps hand as he runs past the Officer.

I agree on beating on a criminal, they just deserve it, the problems is that tyhe officer just to beat a litle bit on a criminal, can get a like a report, and have some problems, and stuff. at least here in portugal, you cannont even punch a guy, but here they should KILL some of them, like the boston bombings, those ppl are not doing anything on our comunity, just ruin it, should be killed, really.

 

And about the PC beeing slower i was kiding ok?
