Everything is installed and i got 0 errors.

However i cant start without crashing.

I cant re install Framework 4 as its already installed and wont let me re install again.

Is there anything else i can do i already looked at the support page and i have no idea what to do. Thank you for reading.

Looks like you're trying to link your account... When it asks you "Link Account" Don't because the Statistics servers are closed, and are only available for 0.95 at the moment...

Try that, skip the part of trying to link and tell me.

honestly this happens to me alot i usually just reinstall the game whenever the game starts crashing repeatedly then slowly put in each mod slowly... hope i helped please no negative comments im just trying to help :)

Takes me a day to re install and i never linked my account cause it failed the install so i just didn't link it. I also already re installed this was a clean GTA 4 in till i installed this

I know you said you didn't link the account but the log says that LCPDFR is trying to contact or something the Statistics but the server is forbidding it(Because of the only 0.95 thing)

I don't really know :/ . You should wait for one of the developers, maybe they can solve this.
