hi guys. i recently got a new computer. i put els on and the lights work but i cant open the info pannel. can someone please help me. it work before on my older computer.

    Make sure you're pressing Alt+M and your keys are disabled in the trainer. (Options>Menu 2>Enable/Disable Keys)

    i forgot to say my old computer had windows vista and my new one has windows 8...... maybe its bcuz of windows 8 idk

    No it's not cause of windows 8 my friend had windows 8 and the panel opened fine for him. All i can recomend is change the key from "M" so something els but note you will still have to hit alt and the new key.

    i tried changing to 5 different keys but it still didnt work.

    What programs are you running in the background? I know of a few that conflict with key shortcuts in GTA IV.

    nothing just gta iv

    ok so i was randomly pushing buttons and i hit control alt m and it opened...... when i hit alt control m it didnt open just control alt m
