Hey,

So about 20 minutes ago, there was a weird guy who joined my clan's TS3 server, we didn't know the name and he was a hacker. He got all the permissions and started breaking the server. We tried to remove the Admin Permission but he kept on adding it back. Any help?

PS: We shut down the server.

The greatest security is password protecting your server, and setting up your server groups permissions carefully.

When I try to access it through this website, it just keeps loading the waiting page...... Can anyone help?

But we did have a password.

Set the minimum required security level to join to about 31. This'll take a good 20 minutes or so but anyone with less than this level will be unable to join your server.
