Every time you pull someone over it starts a pursuit? If so you may want to re install LCPDFR, or make sure a script is causing that.

    1. Did you receive any errors when installing LCPDFR?
    2. What are your system specifications?
    3. Do you have any car mods installed?
    4. Do you use ELS?
    5. How many scripts do you have in your "scripts" folder?
