Hello I'm having issues attaching a detach from the chassy and attach then it gives me this error ? Any help?

As it says, you can't attach a parent to a child. Try putting both in the same hierachy position.

Well the part I was detaching was on the chassis_L0 and the part I was trying to attach it to was the boot.

Then move your chassis_L0 into the same parent, in this case boot, then you're able to attach both L0s.
