When their is a Model and it say's "Model Status "Open" what does that mean???

Cause I know it does not mean that the Vehicle is unlocked.

More than likely Closed Model Status means Closed, Locked, etc.

 The vehicle status means whenever it can be edited or not on Zmodeler. The program where the modellers create their vehicles.
