To be true code 3 does not manufacture a RX2100 but the Manufacture a X2100 which is what you see in the image. But sadly there is no X2100 released unlocked

Difference between a RX2700 and a X2100 is: LED modules used are different. The RX2700 uses bigger modules as it is thicker while the X2100 uses a smaller module as seen in the image

There are quite a few things that make the x2100 distinctly different from the RX2700.

 

Packers, if you are going to be making a GTAIV model based off of a real life department I recommend either converting the rx2700 to the x2100 or trying to get your hands on the x2100.

It is never good to make a RL department vehicle with somewhat accurate realism. Might as well just make a liberty city vehicle at that point as technically the model would not accurately represent the vehicle.

 

Using wrong parts/inaccurate parts for a RL agency's vehicle would be like making a texture that looks nothing like a department but uploading it with that department title(IE: Making a B&W skins and calling it "CVPI-NYPD Skin")
