Rockstar "Verify Email" Request Issue

Featured Replies

Can anyone please help me? Rockstar Games Support is absolutely abysmal and won't even let me submit a ticket!

I bought GTAV today on Steam in order to modify and play LSPDFR. Everything was going fine, however, whenever I launched GTAV (either through RPH or Steam) the Rockstar Launcher would pop up and ask me to verify my email (which I already did).

I kept doing it, thinking it was nothing but a minor inconvenience, but now it won't even let me log in! It says that Rockstar has sent me too many emails and I should try again later. I tried logging into the Rockstar Games website, and this said the same thing, so I can't even log a support ticket.

I've literally verified my email over ten times and it STILL was asking me to verify on launch.

Can anyone please help me, I've spent money on GTAV today and was really looking forward to playing LSPDFR but now I'm debating a refund.

Has anyone else ever encountered this issue? Is there a fix? Has Rockstar Games always been this rubbish with there support?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I don't know what else I can do at this point.

Thanks in advance.

You should do that.

Yeah, already tried that.

Make sure you have the Rockstar Games Launcher installed on your PC before launching GTA 5 on Steam.

Sometimes you have to force the client to update by opening it before running a game.

Thank you, I'll give this a go. It will allow me to log in now but the issue still persists. Every time I try and submit a ticket to R*, it just come's up with an error and says they can't handle the request or something. It's as if they've blocked me from submitting a request lol, extremely annoying.
