Uploading Files - 504 Gateway Time-out

Featured Replies

Hello, trying to upload a file to Vehicle Models, go through the form, Save and Submit at the end but then all I get is a 504 Gateway Time-out error.

Never had the issue before and haven't seen any server issues mentioned today, is this a website issue or something my end? Many thanks.

Update 2, tried both browsers several times, VPNs on and off on both, PC restart, still the same error, not really sure what else I can do at this point.

If someone more knowledgeable needs any more info from my end please let me know.

Tried again this morning, (UK), still the same issue. Tried on Chrome this time as well as through a VPN to 2 different sides of the world and the exact same error each time.

I shall give up for now and await a response.

See below screenshot of the URL and page after clicking Save and Submit Files.

There's nothing special I can see about it, the zip is 117mb, 11 screenshots, the rest of the fields are in-keeping with uploads I have previously done.

Okay now it has worked and uploaded, I had 2 gif screenshots to show lighting, both below the image size requirements, but not including them has allowed me to submit.

They weren't selected as primary, (as per the warning), is this a me issue? Or does the site not like gifs? It explicitly says .gif's are supported in the screenshots.

EDIT: Tried adding the gifs to the file page now its live and get the same error, guessing it doesn't like gifs after all.

No problem, thank you for confirming.

If it helps, it was 2 gif screenshots I was trying to upload, one was 3.94MB the other 3.95MB so both close to the file limit, neither as the primary image just additional screenshots.
