Game crashes when going on duty (CalloutInterface & RageNativeUI conflict)

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a persistent crash with my LSPDFR game and would appreciate some help.

The Problem: Every time I go on duty and press F8 (which is the default key assigned to CalloutInterface), lspdfr.dll crahes.

What I've noticed: Looking at my logs, it seems to be related to a conflict between CalloutInterface and RageNativeUI. It looks like a conflict between the calloutinterface and the ragenativeui, i downloaded the latest versions both , but the latest calloutinterface is using the rawcanvasui and maybe thath the problem, I also tried with older versions but the plugins are not started only with the latest , I feel like I tride everthying and I'm not entirely sure how to fix it without breaking other plugins.

I have attached my complete log file below for more details.

Has anyone encountered this specific issue before, or does anyone know a compatible version combination or fix for this?

Thank you in advance for your time and help!

Yes I did but not helped. I'm getting a 100% reproducible crash whenever any plugin tries to draw a RAGENativeUI menu. This is not limited to one specific plugin — I've confirmed the exact same underlying exception from four completely different sources: PyroCommon (SuperEvents/RiskierTrafficStops), CalloutInterface, EUP Menu, and Ultimate Backup. I even fully removed CalloutInterface from my setup to rule it out, and the crash still happens from other plugins (EUP Menu, Ultimate Backup) the moment they try to render a menu.
Troubleshooting already done (none of these fixed it):

  • Tested RAGENativeUI versions: 1.8.2 (stable, but several plugins refuse to load due to missing newer API), 1.9.2 and current latest (both crash)

  • Confirmed RAGENativeUI.dll and PyroCommon.dll are in the correct location (GTA V root folder, not Plugins)

  • Disabled Windows Exploit Protection (CFG, DEP, ASLR, SEHOP, Heap Integrity) specifically for GTA5.exe, then rebooted

  • Confirmed Smart App Control is already off

  • Added GTA V folder to Windows Defender exclusions

  • Verified BattlEye is disabled in Rockstar Games Launcher settings

  • Ran as Administrator

  • Reinstalled CalloutInterface completely (all files/folders) — no change

  • Removed CalloutInterface entirely — crash still happens from other RAGENativeUI-based plugins (EUP Menu, Ultimate Backup)

  • Only Windows Defender is installed (no third-party AV)

  • This is a personal PC, not IT-managed/corporate

Thanks for the information

[7/7/2026 1:27:10 AM.902] LSPD First Response: A(z) „RawCanvasUI, Version=0.4.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null” fájl vagy szerelvény, illetve annak egyik függősége nem tölthető be. A rendszer nem találja a megadott fájlt.

So CalloutInterface is still trying to load, but I see from this error it uses RawCanvasUI 0.4.3 whereas the dev has a newer version 0.5.1: https://github.com/opus49/RawCanvasUI/releases#release-0.5.1

Maybe try with the newer UI and see if it still happens. I'm surprised because the latest RAGENativeUI works fine for others.

I would also suggest disabling any overlays you might have (GPU, Discord, etc) and see if it helps

Thanks for the RawCanvasUI/overlay suggestions — here's what I tried and the results:

Tried:

  • Updated RawCanvasUI to 0.5.1 as suggested → this broke CalloutInterface entirely (MissingMethodException: Void RawCanvasUI.Canvas..ctor()), because my CalloutInterface version actually references RawCanvasUI 0.4.3.0 specifically, not 0.5.1. Reverted to 0.4.3.0 and CalloutInterface loads fine again.

  • Disabled AMD Radeon Overlay and Xbox Game Bar completely, rebooted.

  • These two fixes solved a separate crash I was having with ForceDuty, but did not fix the original RAGENativeUI "Access is denied" crash — it still happens on ANY RAGENativeUI menu (EUP Menu, Ultimate Backup, CalloutInterface, PyroCommon-based plugins), confirming it's not plugin-specific.
